Inspiring Young Minds on National Science Day 2026
Students of Jai Narain College of Technology (JNCT) , Bhopal enthusiastically participated in the National Science Day Celebration held at Ravindra Bhawan, Bhopal, organized by the Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology (MPCST).
The event featured an exciting STEM Show showcasing fascinating scientific experiments, along with an insightful expert talk that deepened students’ understanding of Science and Technology.
The day provided to be a truly inspiring and knowledge-enriching experience for our young innovators !

Expert Lecture on “From Prompt to Production: Building Real-World AI Systems” at Jai Narain College of Technology.
The Department of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Jai Narain College of Technology, Bhopal, successfully organized an insightful expert lecture titled “From Prompt to Production: Building Real-World AI Systems.”
The session was delivered by Mr. Praveen Khare, Vice President (IT), who shared valuable industry insights and guided students on how Artificial Intelligence solutions are developed and implemented in real-world applications. His interaction provided students with practical exposure to industry practices and emerging technological trends.
Jai Narain College of Technology also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with his organization, aimed at strengthening industry–academia collaboration and creating new opportunities for student learning, internships, research, and innovation.
The program was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Ayonija Pathre and was successfully coordinated by Prof. Uma Vishwakarma.
The session proved to be a valuable learning experience for students, encouraging them to explore real-world AI innovation and industry engagement.

We were also honored to have Dr. Shivalika Sarkar, Assistant Professor (Physics), Regional Institute of Education, Bhopal, as the Expert Speaker, who shared valuable insights on the role of science and innovation in national development.

On the occasion of World Sparrow Day 2026, the Nature Club of Jai Narain College of Technology organized a meaningful Bird Feeding & Watering Drive across various locations on the campus.
With a small yet impactful initiative, students placed food and water for birds, creating a safer and more welcoming environment for our tiny feathered friends.
Taking this initiative forward, Dr. Mohit Pandya, Management Representative, JNCT, also actively participated in the initiative, encouraging students to take small steps towards environmental conservation.
This activity aimed to raise awareness about the declining population of sparrows and the importance of protecting urban biodiversity.
Let’s continue to care, conserve and coexist with nature.
Earth Hour 2026 | Celebrating 20 Years of the Biggest Hour for Earth
Students of LNCT Group and JNCT have consistently demonstrated their commitment to environmental awareness by actively participating in various initiatives organized by WWF, as well as events conducted at LNCT Group (Raisen Road Campus) and JNCT Campus. It is remarkable that LNCT Group has been participating in Earth Hour for the past 20 years since its inception.
Students from LNCT Group and JNCT were felicitated by dignitaries at DB City Mall, Bhopal, in recognition of their valuable contributions. The “Team LNCT Group” was led by Prof. (Dr.) Amitbodh Upadhyaya (SPOC, Quest Nature Club) and Dr. Rishu Upadhyaya ( Coordinator, JNCT Nature Club).
On this occasion, Dr. Anupam Chouksey, Secretary of LNCT Group and Chancellor of JNCT Professional University, said that we must establish harmony with nature under all circumstances.
On 28th March 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at DB City Mall, Bhopal, WWF-India (Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh State Office) proudly celebrated Earth Hour 2026, marking 20 years of this global movement.
The event featured 60+ solar installations, emphasizing the importance of clean and renewable energy, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from citizens and youth. A special highlight of the evening was the Police Band performance, which added energy and vibrancy to the celebration.
Dr. Swati Moghe, State Director, WWF-India MP & CG, addressed the gathering and encouraged sustainable living with the message: “Go Solar for Energy Conservation.”
Mr. Ajay Mishra, Manager, WWF-India, shared insights into WWF’s conservation journey and ongoing initiatives.
The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Mrs. Gazal Sachdeva, who inspired everyone to adopt energy conservation practices and promote tree plantation.
At 8:30 PM, non-essential lights were switched off and replaced with solar lighting, symbolizing a collective commitment towards a sustainable future.
Winners were felicitated, and contributors were honored for their efforts.

Earth Hour Awareness Initiative by Nature Club, JNCT
The Nature Club, JNCT, affiliated with WWF-India, successfully conducted an Earth Hour Awareness Slogan Making Activity to spread awareness about the importance of saving energy and protecting our planet.
Through creative slogans, students expressed powerful messages encouraging everyone to switch off their lights for one hour during Earth Hour which is celebrated every year on 28th March, symbolizing a collective commitment towards energy conservation and a sustainable future.

3 Day Workshop Highlight: Business Intelligence & Data Visualization
We are excited to share the successful completion of an insightful workshop on Business Intelligence & Data Visualization held on 6th April 2026 at Lab No. F-15.
The session was led by Mr. Aman Pandey, Corporate Trainer, Founder & CEO of Codewave Solution.
On this occasion, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was also signed with Codewave Solution, marking the beginning of a collaborative journey toward skill development, training, and industry-academia partnership.

The Entrepreneurship Cell, JNCT and LNCTS successfully organized ComicPreneur 2026 – “AI Tools × Human Creativity: Building Startups of the Future”, creating an inspiring platform where innovation met creativity.
We were truly delighted to have Mr. Kamalakkannan Durairaju, a startup founder, an innovative storyteller, AI artist and entrepreneur from Chennai, whose energy, insights and unique approach to storytelling and AI-powered creativity made the workshop highly engaging and impactful.
The event featured an insightful Panel Discussion, where students actively interacted with the speaker, exploring topics like the real difference between using AI and building with AI, startup journeys, challenges and the future of creativity in the age of artificial intelligence.
Through the interactive Runway Card Game, students explored the journey of startups, understanding key stages and concepts through creative storytelling and real-time decision-making.
Students also engaged in exciting team activities like “Build a Startup in 5 Minutes”, where they transformed ideas into quick startup pitches, enhancing their creativity, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
A special Felicitation Ceremony was held to honour the excellence of Ex-Members of E-Cell JNCT, where they were awarded with “Work Appreciation Certificates” for their valuable contributions.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and all attendees had an enriching and enjoyable experience.
