Digital Dominator – Quiz & Coding Competition

The AMIL Department of JNCT College successfully organized “Digital Dominator”, an exciting Quiz & Coding Competition on 16 March 2026. The event brought together talented and enthusiastic students who showcased their knowledge, logical thinking, and coding skills.

The event served as an excellent platform for students to enhance their technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaborative learning.

National Science Day Celebration at JNCT Bhopal

Jai Narain College of Technology (JNCT), Bhopal successfully organized the National Science Day program with great enthusiasm and academic spirit. The event was catalysed and supported by the Madhya Pradesh Council of Science & Technology (MPCST), Bhopal.

The theme of the program was “Women in Science: Catalysing Viksit Bharat”, highlighting the crucial role of women scientists in shaping India’s scientific future.

The program was graced by our Chief Guest, Dr. Vijay Kumar, Ex-Outstanding Scientist & Associate Director, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai, and Senior Professor at Homi Bhabha National Institute, Mumbai.

We were also honored to have Dr. Shivalika Sarkar, Assistant Professor (Physics), Regional Institute of Education, Bhopal, as the Expert Speaker, who shared valuable insights on the role of science and innovation in national development.

Expert Lecture on “From Prompt to Production: Building Real-World AI Systems” at Jai Narain College of Technology.

The Department of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Jai Narain College of Technology, Bhopal, successfully organized an insightful expert lecture titled “From Prompt to Production: Building Real-World AI Systems.”

The session was delivered by Mr. Praveen Khare, Vice President (IT), who shared valuable industry insights and guided students on how Artificial Intelligence solutions are developed and implemented in real-world applications. His interaction provided students with practical exposure to industry practices and emerging technological trends.

Jai Narain College of Technology also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with his organization, aimed at strengthening industry–academia collaboration and creating new opportunities for student learning, internships, research, and innovation.

The program was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Ayonija Pathre and was successfully coordinated by Prof. Uma Vishwakarma.

The session proved to be a valuable learning experience for students, encouraging them to explore real-world AI innovation and industry engagement.

Inspiring Young Minds on National Science Day 2026

Students of Jai Narain College of Technology (JNCT) , Bhopal enthusiastically participated in the National Science Day Celebration held at Ravindra Bhawan, Bhopal, organized by the Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology (MPCST).

The event featured an exciting STEM Show showcasing fascinating scientific experiments, along with an insightful expert talk that deepened students’ understanding of Science and Technology.

The day provided to be a truly inspiring and knowledge-enriching experience for our young innovators !

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering successfully conducted a 3-Day Hands-on Workshop on “MERN 360°: Frontend, Backend & Deployment” under the aegis of Institution’s Innovation Council 8.0 and Computer Society of India.

The workshop provided comprehensive practical exposure to full-stack web development, enabling students to enhance their technical proficiency and understand real-time project development and deployment processes.

World Wetlands Day 2026 | Learning by Doing

The Students of Nature Club, JNCT actively participated in the World Wetlands Day Celebration 2026, organized in collaboration with WWF-India.

Sincere thanks to Dr. Mohit Pandya, Management Representative, JNCT and the entire college management for their continuous support and motivation.

Students took part in a series of meaningful activities including a lake cleanup drive at Shahpura Lake, waste segregation, public awareness campaign, interactive sessions and an expert lecture on wetland conservation.

The Nature Club, JNCT continues to promote environmental awareness under the constant guidance and encouragement of Dr. Rishu Upadhyay, Convenor, Nature Club and Kavyansh Gupta, Head Coordinator, Nature Club, inspiring students to actively contribute towards wetland conservation.

SPOCS & NPTEL STAR of JNCT & LNCT Group Participated in the SPOC Workshop & NPTEL Star Meet on 17th January & 18th January 2026 :

Swayam – NPTEL – SPOC workshop organised at IIT KANPUR on 17th January 2026 in which Dr. Ayonija Pathre (NPTEL – SPOC, JNCT) , Dr Rishu Upadhyaya & Dr. Amitbodh Upadhyaya ( NPTEL – SPOC, LNCT&S) have actively participated and NPTEL STAR meet organised on 18th January 2026 in which ( Dr. Amitbodh Upadhyaya , Dr. Bikram Prasad, Dr. Kiran Mani Tripathi , Dr. Dilip Tiwari , Dr. Pratibha Saxena ( All from Raisen Road Campus), Dr Meetoo Singh Madam , Dr Rishu Upadhyaya (All from JNCT Campus) were invited and participated in the “NPTEL Star Meet” for the July 2025 Semester on Sunday (18.1.26) at IIT Kanpur. It was organized to celebrate exceptional performances in NPTEL courses.

This special event was exclusively for NPTEL Stars and provided an opportunity to connect, learn, share, and grow. Only Star Learners of the July 2025 semester were eligible to participate in the event.

All LNCTians credited their success to the visionary leadership and impactful policies of the Honourable Management of the LNCT Group. LNCTians said “We are grateful to the Hon’ble Management for continuously inspiring us toward academic excellence & We are thankful to the entire LNCT Family for their support.”

This success reflects the team’s dedication, strategic execution, and unwavering passion for entrepreneurship & innovation.
