Bhopal Chapters | BMC Filling Workshop 
The BMC Filling Workshop under Bhopal Chapters was successfully conducted by the Entrepreneurship Cell, JNCT in collaboration with E-Cell, IIT Bombay, providing students with practical insights into one of the most important tools for structuring and developing a business idea — the Business Model Canvas (BMC).

Through a detailed and informative workshop, Mr. Drakshal Potphode introduced participants to the Business Model Canvas, helping them understand its key components, terminology and how each element contributes to building a strong business model. 
From understanding customer segments and value propositions to exploring the different building blocks of a business model, students gained practical knowledge that helped them structure their ideas in a more organised and market-oriented manner.
The workshop also gave participants an opportunity to work on and develop their own BMCs, helping them transform their ideas into more structured, practical and market-ready business models. 
It was an insightful learning experience that encouraged students to think strategically, validate their ideas and understand how businesses create, deliver, and capture value. 
Ideas were mapped. Business models took shape. Entrepreneurial thinking came to life.
